Garden Furniture

Choosing original garden furniture I always find a difficult task. So much of the furniture on the mass market looks cheap.

Furniture illustrates the difference between contemporary and modern. Contemporary furniture tends to rely on decorative detail and follows the latests trends in style whereas a modern item of furniture applies strict rules of design; scale, form and functionality.

Modern furniture is clean and minimalist and often sculptural. Not always comfortable – more a thing of beauty.
