Chelsea 2009: Don't Panic!

My contractor and I have been in consultation with a structural engineering firm called HOP ltd. They will specify several areas of the garden to ensure that it a) works and b) complies with health and safety regulations.

This has added a bit of expense to my budget but has given me some peace of mind as I have visions my expensive glass deck being delivered and fracturing into tiny pieces.

We’ve also hired the expertise of Fairwater, a leading water specialist who I feel will add value in achieving the velocity of water I want for my stream.

My new motto – Don’t panic! is repeated throughout the day, with the added pressure of supporting Ally and the preparation for the RHS london plant and design show in London and you can understand the motto.
